The Manoir – Welcome & Reception

For years, Champagne Devaux were located on the Avenue de Champagne in Épernay, but today home is an 18th century Manoir House in the heart of a park on the banks of the river Seine, in Villeneuve near Bar-sur-Seine. A rare 17th century dovecote – classified on the French supplementary historic monument list - overlooks the site.

All year long, the Manoir offers for free an oenological stop over to discover the Champagne Appellation in the greenhouse or the champagne wine-making process generally speaking and specific to Champagne DEVAUX in the dovecote (champagne tasting, 5 € TTC per flute*, offered for any purchase of Champagne).

You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the open air by strolling through the park surrounding the Manoir, coiled by the Seine.

A tasting room, with specially designed furniture, enables to appreciate the DEVAUX jewels of to live an unique and friendly moment.

The Manoir - Our tasting workshops

Each workshop - by appointment only - begins with a guided tour of the site to discover the essentials about the Controlled Label Origin Champagne and champagne-making process. Accessible to all, the keywords to describe these workshops are simplicity and friendliness.
