The Manoir – Welcome & Reception

For years, Champagne Devaux were located on the Avenue de Champagne in Épernay, but today home is an 18th century Manoir House in the heart of a park on the banks of the river Seine, in Villeneuve near Bar-sur-Seine. A rare 17th century dovecote – classified on the French supplementary historic monument list - overlooks the site.

All year long, the Manoir offers for free an oenological stop over to discover the Champagne Appellation in the greenhouse or the champagne wine-making process generally speaking and specific to Champagne DEVAUX in the dovecote.

You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the open air by strolling through the park surrounding the Manoir, coiled by the Seine.

A tasting room, with specially designed furniture, enables to appreciate the DEVAUX jewels of to live an unique and friendly moment.

The Manoir - Our tasting workshops

Each tasting workshop – by appointment only – is preceded by a guided tour of the two remarkable sites on the estate: a greenhouse and a dovecote (listed in the supplementary inventory of historic monuments), where you will learn the essentials about Champagne and the process of champagne-making. Accessible to all, these workshops are centered around simplicity and conviviality.
