The exclusive character of an exceptional year : 2008

Made only in an exceptional vintage, from a unique harvest, the D Millésimé champagne is made up of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot noir, selected from the best plots. It is matured for a further 7 years, revealing all its complexity on the nose and no the palate.
Since its birth, DEVAUX has only presented 6 vintages in the Collection D: 1996, 2000, 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2008.

D Millésimé displays a deep gold colour with hints of straw.
Subtle and elegant aromas of white peaches and citrus zest are followed by light brioche notes. Fresh on opening, the palate evolves elegantly towards citrus notes, finishing on intense notes of dried fruit and pastry. A wine to enjoy now but can rest in the cellar to develop in complexity and intensity.

Rabbit fillet with Beaufort puff pastry

Fillet of duck breast and sauteed pear with honey and spices, with brown mushrooms and fine parsnip cream or Fugu
